If you wish to cancel your purchase or return any product from your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your package, in accordance with the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act. For your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its undamaged original packaging with all accompanying packing material and seals. We do not approve returns/complaints for products you have used but which do not meet your expectations. In case of known allergies or hypersensitivity, we always recommend that you test a new product on a small area and wait 24 hours to see if there is any reaction.

Always contact customer service before returning goods. When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipping at a cost of 85 SEK (Sweden), 110 SEK (Denmark), 135 SEK (Finland) plus any payment fee. If customer service is not contacted beforehand, the return will be treated as refused acceptance of goods or incorrect address provided, and DC reserves the right to charge you a fee of up to 450 SEK to cover fees, damaged goods, and administrative costs.

DC is not responsible for shipments not sent with a return label from our customer service. We do not pick up packages and do not have a mailbox for returns sent without a return label provided by us.

The costs will be automatically deducted from the value of the goods we refund upon approved return and will be refunded within 30 days. If the return is not approved, all costs will be invoiced.
