Description: A 2-phase eye makeup remover that gently removes eye makeup without irritating the eyes or leaving an oily residue. Panthenol nourishes the skin around the eye and Castor oil conditions the lashes by forming a nourishing film around the lash. Works on all types of eye makeup, even waterproof mascara.

Active ingredients: Panthenol, Castor oil.

Usage

Shake the bottle before use. Lightly moisten 2 cotton pads with water (dry cotton pads can also be used), apply a few drops to the cotton pad, and let rest on the eyes and wipe off eye makeup.
